Hope to God that Julie isn't the person checking you in for lab work. She's a lost soul. She almost doesn't even seem to know where she is. After looking over my one-page lab order from my doctor for almost 20 minutes, Julie ordered the wrong progesterone test. She also entered my last name as my first name and my first name as my last name and was then completely unable to answer my questions about how to access the online patient portal MyChart. I have tiny veins in my arms. All my life they've been pretty much invisible. This means that blood work is a nightmare where I get poked numerous times by a hassled and stressed nurse who is simply trying to work with my pathetic veins. Enter natasha: this lady is a pro. She took her time feeling for the vein, found a usable one and I barely felt the butterfly needle at all. I would love to continue doing blood work specifically through her for the rest of my life. Her charisma and skill is unparalleled.
