If I could give a 0-star, I would! Horrible place! Awful staff. Extremely rude techs, medical assistants and nurses. They were sitting joking around, hanging out while others have been waiting hours inside the rooms on a nurse to come in to get them set up or check on them. Never again will I come here or refer anyone here. Pure disgust what the medical system has come to. I would never want my family members in their hands. Don't be in the medical field if you hate your job that much!
The nurses were all utterly sweet, it was great, BUT NO DOCTOR WOULD LISTEN TO ME OR MY MOTHER TRYING TO ADVOCATE FOR ME, ended up being sent home still in immense pain and with little to no answers

I called to ask a question on my spouse's behalf, and barely halfway through my question, I got put on hold, where I was left for 5 minutes, when the lady got back on the phone I had to repeat my question only to receive a snarky response and get hung up on.
I called ER because my fiance was there, and the next day, he was transferred to the 2nd floor, and the "call nurse" answered, I gave her his name, and she said that he was not there when I talk to him and is going to be transferred to the second floor but I did not know his room number she couldn't find him, that I should leave my name...and I said No, you need to looks for his name he's the patient and you can't find him!
