The nurses were all utterly sweet, it was great, BUT NO DOCTOR WOULD LISTEN TO ME OR MY MOTHER TRYING TO ADVOCATE FOR ME, ended up being sent home still in immense pain and with little to no answers

I called to ask a question on my spouse's behalf, and barely halfway through my question, I got put on hold, where I was left for 5 minutes, when the lady got back on the phone I had to repeat my question only to receive a snarky response and get hung up on.
I called ER because my fiance was there, and the next day, he was transferred to the 2nd floor, and the "call nurse" answered, I gave her his name, and she said that he was not there when I talk to him and is going to be transferred to the second floor but I did not know his room number she couldn't find him, that I should leave my name...and I said No, you need to looks for his name he's the patient and you can't find him! That's a terrible place to be when they don't know where to look for a patients name. Terrible hospita... read more
I went into the ER here a week ago for intense abdominal pain and pressure. Every single person I interacted with was kind, compassionate, and very professional. Thank you to everyone there!
