I called to ask a question on my spouse's behalf, and barely halfway through my question, I got put on hold, where I was left for 5 minutes, when the lady got back on the phone I had to repeat my question only to receive a snarky response and get hung up on.
I called ER because my fiance was there, and the next day, he was transferred to the 2nd floor, and the "call nurse" answered, I gave her his name, and she said that he was not there when I talk to him and is going to be transferred to the second floor but I did not know his room number she couldn't find him, that I should leave my name...and I said No, you need to looks for his name he's the patient and you can't find him! I went into the ER here a week ago for intense abdominal pain and pressure. Every single person I interacted with was kind, compassionate, and very professional. Thank you to everyone there!
Got my friend in to a bed in under 5 minutes. Nurses were so kind. The Dr was very knowledgeable and kind as well. I don't remember his name but he worse glasses and had brown hair!
Probably would have still waited 6 hours if my liver got stolen
