During a difficult hospitalization for our 90-year-old mother, we really appreciated the patient room design. The wall of windows and natural light made a tremendous difference for both the patient and our family. Whoever advocated for that design should know it was noticed and appreciated.” I would also like to mention the much easier directions posted. It was easy to follow and that is not always the case. Don't dare be on a call with a fire chief and miss the sign!!! The person at the desk yelled at me in from of 4 or 5 people, i thought were in line to check in for a Drs appt. I was just going sit in the lobby and waiting for a person recovering from a fire, needing heart clearance for a surgery for an arm that was broken during the fire. Horrible Still on my call she called security, whom never asked me what happened. Had egd everyone was so nice and it went like clockwork. The easiest one I’ve had. Dr Oberste is awesome!!!
My father is currently in the hospital. The doctor he had last night was absolutely rude to him and told him if he didn’t like the way he was being treated, then he can drive all the way to Tulsa and have one of their hospitals figure out what’s going on with him. Absolutely uncalled for.
