Been in E R waiting room for 7 hr in pain they just say wait here
ER needs more training. They discharged a elderly woman home in the middle of the night with an abnormal blood panel…high blood sugar, low potassium, high white blood cell count, etc.
They took really good care of me. All new hospital, new caring staff!!

Front desk staff for the ER were rude and very uninterested in their job! Very bad customer service, especially the lady at the desk on 05/31/2026 at 20:00; my sister started in room 17 and was moved to room 12 when I went to the desk to fix the 2nd mistake the front desk had made, she turned her face up and said there is no 17 over here instead of just saying I got the rooms confused!
