If I could do zero stars I would… they do not do anything for you. They make you sit in a room for 12 hours bleeding your brains out and then send you home without doing any type of check or anything anytime you call for help they come in hours later do not recommend.

If you care about your loved ones or yourself do not go here. I am honestly in shock at the neglect I’ve seen here and witnessed personally.

I was recently brought here via ambulance after a MVA- I was placed in the waiting room without being assessed for injury. I was never assessed in the 12hours of my stay. Not one person looked at my physical body for bruises, listened to my lungs, etc. Scans that were needed for liability purposes were run as slowly as possible. The waiting room is an unsafe environment for anyone who is sound of mind. In the 12 hours I sat in the waiting room it was never cleaned - trash and dirty blankets laying all over the place. My doctor sent me here for cauda equina syndrome. I waited for 3 hours and then asked how much longer it would be. They told me 10 hours before I could be seen. That is unacceptable for something as serious as cauda equina. I asked the nurse for ice 3 different times and never got any. The nurse that I asked for ice was on her phone and not doing anything so I don’t know why she couldn’t be bothered to get me ice. Horrible experience. I wish tulsa had more emergency room options with MRI access.

Waiting time at main campus ER is a nightmare. If you can, avoid this ER as much as possible. Lack of concern is a problem too.
