The entire staff was timely, experienced, professional, and compassionate for my sister. Felt safely taken care of by numerous doctors and nurses! 5 stars!!

Apathetic staff. Short staffed. Customer Service lacking. This was always my go to hospital but never again.
Staff very inexperienced. Even had to remind them to take and check for UTI which was positive. They were going to discharge me, an 85-year-old women. Had to stop on way out for directions to exit. Also, three "youngsters" tried to insert a line un successfully. Finally an RN came and had no trouble. When removing same, "youngster" put tape on, left room and immediately blood everywhere so had to remove blouse to soak sleeve to clean. No help to do this.
