My mom was admitted last night from a different hospital we were told they would call St.Francis and Hartford to see who had a bed available. When we arrived she was placed in the hall and was told when a room opened up she would be moved. We asked if she would be moved to an offical room they said when one opened up. Many people came and went rooms were opening up and being cleaned. Husler hospital and care, careful they bill you for nothing
I went to the hospital for a physical for a job, the doctors found a lung mass and an infection, the doctor took me down stairs, the 3 girls at the front for admission, said they don’t speak English, then there supervisor came out, they were refusing to help me, a month later I collapsed in my apartment, I was in the hospital for 3 days
I just visited my daughter and new granddaughter yesterday. I've been to St. Francis countless times. I was surprised there was no one at the information desk to check in with, find out room numbers directions, get a visitors pass. It felt like we were left hanging.
