Long waits in the emergency room. Complete lack of communication between medical staff. Lack of adequate nursing staff. Worse mistake bringing my husband there. He suffered needlessly at the hands of untrained staff. We finally brought him home.
I’ve had a long history with st Francis and it has been very good. Until recently when they’ve chosen to partner with Access One. Access one is an ambulance chasing bill collecting finance organization best suited to selling used cars, should have nothing to do with patients. Sad day for a great institution. St Francis, hang your head.
St.Francis hospital saved my life summer 2025.
I had an excellent experience at St. Francis Hospital. The first person I met was at the 2nd floor garage entrance receptionist, she kindly directed me to OR registration. The OR receptionist was professional, efficient and kind. The pre-op OR staff were organized, efficient, professional and kind. Once I got to the OR it was a supportive, kind environment.
