Unbelievable !!!! Arrived a little early (as suggested ) for 6 am appointment. Although 3 people were at the desk, all of them refused to acknowledge my presence at locked front door. No consideration for the patient’s need for bathroom due to procedure preparation. Finally at 6 am door was unlocked. No welcome from front desk person nor the two people with her. Thank you to Lee Anne, who oversaw my manometry test yesterday. Her competence and experience resulted in a successful test.
Just wanted to thank all the nurses, PAs, and anyone else who was with me when I got my endoscopy on monday, august 1st. I was visibly anxious, literally crying, because I hate going under anesthesia. As I was falling asleep, one or two people were rubbing my shoulders to keep me calm. I know that's not part of your job, you didn't have to do that, but it really did soothe me and make me a tad calmer before I passed out. So thank you all, so much ❤
