My husband and I will NEVER AGAIN use Saint Francis Medical Center for our children or ourselves again!!! As I have posted about before, Our one year old sons stay with them was HORRIBLE! They were understaffed, misinformed and even had SICK SICK babies and children's sharing the same floor as OB! To top it off, after multiple contaminated tests and our son being tormented repeatedly, when we threatened to leave the hospital AMA because of how horribly we were being taken care of, they threatened that we would be turned into... read more
We are very satisfied with the hospital and the staff, they took excellent care of my husband before, during, and after his back surgery. I highly recommend SAINT FRANCIS MEDICAL CENTER AND DR SCOTT
This place is amazing the ppl go out of there way to help and are the kindest I have ever seen in a hospital it really shows me that there is still good ppl in this world and you feel it as soon as you walk through the doors
As a pastor, I will say they have gone out of their way to make my job easier. When I ask where something or someone is located, they don't tell me, they take me. My mind can be on pastoral care, not on logistics.
The staff are excellent, but there were a lot of people that had colds in the waiting areas & several of the staff sick also.
