Finally got the diagnosis right after 2 visits. Within a 10 day period. First person who saw me 10 days ago didn't bother to look into my symptoms. Now I'm further down the path of suffering from a staph infection in my ear than I should have been. Hire some new RN's that actually pay attention to their patients like miss Erica Nelson did. Trisha Fox had absolutely no concern for me on the first trip.

The nurses and doctors here are truly amazing! My husband had to be transferred from our local hospital to St. Francis for an emergency procedure and everyone here was so helpful.
I went to St. Francis for a hand procedure. I was there for approx. 1 hour and had 2 tests run. Very friendly staff from the front entrance way until I left. Very informative and professional. Now for the next step......
All staff was absolutely amazing!!! Much love to the 4th floor! God bless!
Go elsewhere! Poor from ER, understaffed on the floor, poor customer service, billing dept is useless!
