You cannot get ahold of anyone ever!!! I have called this number listed on the website and I NEVER get a person... Just loops me around and around.... I left a voice mail and NOONE called me back... This is very bad service.
Got excellent treatment for the illness i came in for, my complaint is the medication that was prescribed needed to be changed, my insurance would not cover it, my pharmacy placed calls, and sent text, no response, I called several times even talked to a nurse and nothing ever got done, we actually tried for a about 8 days and finally gave up, the pharmacy nor myself could never get the response back, So I Never did get but one the 3 medication that I needed, and that is highly unacceptable not to respond back to at least a ... read more
