My family dr is Dr. Burns and I think he is a great dr. I like him a lot. I have seen the other docs too and I like them also. He is very thorough and caring. Nurses and staff are friendly!
I have the best PCP there. He listens to what I have to say and my care plan includes my own feedback, not just his. He is caring and a very personable physician. The office staff is polite and efficient. All around a great group to work with. Physicians Office in Covington PCP is Bradley Patterson

I am furious. I had to seek emergency care a while ago and I have a high deductible plan so it comes out to be like 2,000-3,000 for one visit. Anyways after receiving the bill I realized I couldn’t pay it so I requested financial assistance and was told I qualified and would receive a new bill and never received and new bill. Then today I received a civil summons. How horrible and heartbreaking. I will never seek healthcare again.
The employees all have a positive attitude towards patients.
