In December of 2024 my husband had 3 cardiac rehab treatments. A few months later the billing department called to tell him that, per UHC/AARP, his insurance was not in affect for those dates of service. We explained that he had been covered since 2014 with both Medicare and UHC. They insisted UHC gave them the information. Therefore, they could not submit the claims. Very impressive!!! From the time our car was parked until I left following my surgery, the level of care and the degree of professionalism was superior. Can’t say enough about the nurses - they were wonderful!!!
For the 3rd time at Saint Claire's Hospital for the same illness that must be treated by intervenous IV. Lactic acidosis I get as a result of reoccurring Shingles and bacterial infections which also destabilize my sugar since last August 23, 2024. Our son was admitted to the hospital with some complications from pneumonia. All of the staff were outstanding, compassionate, And very easy to work with. They communicated everything to us very clearly, and always kept our son’s needs the highest priority.
