Fun day at st clares in denville wife came half hour early security was called threaten to have here arrested, then when I needed help they ask were is your wife .when I ask for there help say there busy with patients I thought I was one too not all of them most of them are very good nurses,LPNs ,aids other departments power trip

Visiting hours should not apply to spouses who are secondary caregivers. Also, patients are here for care, a lot of them are in extreme pain. As we all know, when someone is in extreme pain they tend to not be very nice because they are suffering. ER nursing staff needs to be more empathetic about that fact and be a lot more tolerant of difficult behavior. You are trained to care for people during their most vulnerable time, do it with compassion and patience.

Everything was wonderful. From the sign in process right thru my medical procedure. Special shout out to Millie who who i first encountered when she called me for the Pre screen in over the phone. And she was involved with the entire process prepping me for my procedure. Every one was great, and 5 stars are not enough. Thanks Keith F

Poor experience…. The emergency room facility as a whole seemed very unclean and unsanitary. Having ER rooms with bathrooms that are shared with general public hallways is not satisfactory by any means. My wife was in her ER bed when someone walked in, did not close the door at the ER room side and proceeded to use the bathroom. Nurses’ visits we far and few between for general wellness checks and even when called during the rest of our stay.
