Unfortunately experienced two loved ones inpatient at the same time. While visiting one following lung surgery, they were still hooked up to a portable oxygen tank that was bedside and it was empty. Fortunately I spoke up to the nurse who changed the nasal cannula over to the main hospital oxygen, but the oxygen levels were extremely low and no one knows how long they were not receiving oxygen while trying to recover. The personal was very nice and made me feel very good and comfortable
I was taken in quickly for my appointment. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and efficient! So very thankful for a pleasant experience!
Everyone from the front desk to check-in to X-RAYS were very pleasant knowledgable and courteous it was a pleasure being in their care! I always prefer St. Clair’s hospital!!!
