This company preys financially on the people they serve. They have no contracts with insurance companies an are a monopoly in this area. This way they can charge whatever ever they want for their service. They claim they will work with you and your insurance company but that’s a joke in my experience.

In my work life, I have had the opportunity to work professionally with SCCAD for greater than 15 years. In this time, I have witnessed skilled clinicians that can handle emergencies, but more than a 911 response, they have a number of unique health and safety programs to better serve our community. its great to have such a great resource available where I work and raise my family.
Very disappointed with a couple members of sccad. They responded to a call at my grandparents house on the night of 11/24/2020 because my grandma had fallen and could not get back up. My grandma unfortunately has dementia and requires continuous oxygen therapy, so some nights are better than others. During their visit, none of the sccad members wore a mask and were very rough with her.
