Vanessa - We are sorry that your wait exceeded your expectations. Unfortunately, our ED sees patients based on their level of illness and sometimes that causes a delay for other patients who are waiting. We do have an Immediate Care Center that is open 6 days per week (Monday - Friday: 8a - 10p and Saturday 8a - 8p). The Immediate Care Center is located at 4455 South Kedzie Avenue. No appointment needed and the wait time is usually significantly less. Please accept our apology. We appreciate you entrusting your care with us.
