They lost my account information on the same day me and my daughter visited st. ****** at its concord location. His son opened, showed me the ring and told me that the payment was made. He took my original billing statement to the back room. Of course I signed the contract, and managed to get the owner to admit to: 1. His system has lost account information before because the auto pay system annually malfunctions around certain billing cycles (2) no clear date of when billing cycles start or end. We bought my wedding rings at St Andrews a year ago. I love, love, love my rings. Brian was great as well as his staff. I also had a diamond pendant repaired that my mother had made for me when my first son was born. So now a year later I got a beautiful white and blue diamond ring as a Christmas gift from my husband and two of my kids and daughter in law.
