I was visiting from out of state and started having bad back pain that would not go away. I found St Alphonsus Urgent Care to be in my insurance network. They were so welcoming and very helpful and quick. So thankful for the doctor and the meds he prescribed. In a day I am feeling so much better. Thanks for everything.
I'm giving two stars rather than zero because the actual provider I saw and the receptionist were very kind and I did get cared for while in office. However, I am really bummed about how I was billed. I had labs done and was then charged for additional labs that I did not ask for and had nothing to do with what I came in for; these ended up costing me several extra hundred dollars. In the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic I had a nonrelated health problem arise that needed immediate attention. It was a Sunday. I called ahead and was told there would be little to no wait time. They took me right in and I was seen by a health professional almost immediately. They faxed a prescription to my pharmacy and I was out the door in record time.
