Waited in the back room for 40 minutes. No one ever came to check on me and an obviously doctor didn’t care to see me in a timely manner. After wasting over an hour of my time I went to St Luke. MUCH MUCH better experience
It was very quick, I came home with no meds to help me through this, I have a horrible cough and still feel bad today. The PA was very nice though. I think i just felt rushed in and out; you have a virus go home and let it run its course.
Waited an extensive period of time with no one in the front office. Not a staff member or patient. Recently hung up on by staff due to not want to listen to my concerns. They didn’t test for anything however, I did take my son home to test him, and he’s positive for influenza B. I’d surely question the ability of this facility as well as the staffing and education. Steer clear. There’s plenty of other options. Wish I did.
