Very quick and extremely kind service
Probably the worst experience i’ve had at a doctors office. I was in a semi bad car accident and had head and neck pain. When the actual provider got to me, he was unprofessional, rude, and rushed the overall process. I told him my symptoms and the pain I was in- BEFORE even conducting an exam on me, he told that I “probably wouldn’t need an x-ray because I ‘looked fine’”. I went in after injuring my knee over the weekend. St Als has in their records on me that I tore my meniscus and has a prior surgery. I also explained to them that I had a previous surgery before that. I explained my injury was exactly like the last two times and I know it’s a torn meniscus on the same place. They said they wouldn’t xray my knee if that’s the case, which I understand. I need an MRI.. they wouldn’t help get a referral for that and told me that need to go to another doctor.
