The PA I saw did her best but the clinic did not have the tools needed to remove my ring. I was told they had 2 ring cutters but no blades. The PA was unsuccessful in removing my ring with the dental floss “trick”, which I had attempted before going into the clinic. I’m frustrated that I will be charged for the visit because the appropriate tools were unavailable. I had to go to a jeweler to have out removed.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and competent
Staff was outstanding. The upgrades to the building are really nice. We were in and out within an hour. Thanks to all.
I was in and out quicker than I expected. very good experience for an urgent care.
