So sad to be writing this review as we usually see Dr. Wong who is a wonderful pediatrician. We got the first available appointment with Dr. Zeiba since our baby needed antibiotics right away. The doctor said she would be sending the prescription in and we asked to be sure we would be able to pick up the same day and she said yes. After speaking to the pharmacy they let us know that she didn’t even send in the prescription. My entire extended family brings all the kids here, we love Dr. Wong, and the rest of the staff has always been friendly and helpful. We’ve had to see other providers for last-minute appointments and they were very helpful with that as well.
My two kids have been patients there for 15 years but we saw Dr. Zieba yesterday and she was so snarky that I thought we might be on Candid Camera. She was very upset that my (autistic) son is overweight and has too much screen time, and she spoke openly about my son’s “obesity” in front of him as though he would not understand. She really didn’t listen to my concerns at all. The nurse who checked us in and gave the shot was amazing though.
