Beware. This place calls itself “Urgent Care”, but they’ll bill your insurance as an “Emergency Department”. My copay went from $50 to $500.
Being one of the few health care providers in the Treasure Valley should not result in poor customer service. The primary contact for your company should be helpful and approachable, not condescending. It’s unfortunate that Saltzer had a short stay in Idaho. Having been a patient at both healthcare providers, I can attest that the Treasure Valley is missing a good customer service provider.
I didn't have the best time, they were behind, and I wasn't seen until an hour after my scheduled time. I had a list of things j needed to be seen for and only 2 of the topics I needed to be seen for were addressed. I'm new to the area and needed a new primary office. I was talked over by the PA. It was very short and not as in depth as I would've liked it to be since I was a new patient. I understand being swamped with patients, but it wasn't a good visit unfortunately.
I needed to get stitches from a dirtbike incident, the got me in very quickly and got me fixed up. Great staff and would definitely recommend.
