Went to do a 2 month check up with Dr. Brown. Not only was he condescending, but he interrupted me every time I spoke. I would have loved to voice concerns about my daughter. However, he spoke over me and down to me. For context, her weight, height, reflexes, and all other factors were great. He even acknowledged it in her MYCHART. I would NOT recommend being a concerned parent with any form of questions about your child's well-being and seeing him. I would have loved to talked about her needs and been well informed. Outstanding doctors, nurses, and services. Receptionists are extremely rude though. They are always so annoyed and monotone when helping you and your child.
I have literally been on hold for a hour waiting to talk to my child’s doctor! This is not okay
