My son has bad Asthma. Every time both Dr Richards son and dad are there they make sure my son is taken care of. Today I had to drive my son to the hospital and he was in very bad shape. The young Dr Richards took very good care of my son. The nurses and respiratory nurse was great today to.
Jennifer Hoffman and her team at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center demonstrated the highest quality of care and were very kind, considerate, educated and professional during my recent visit. My medical concerns were addressed and explained to me in a way where I didn't feel belittled, disrespected nor less than and that really opened the door for me to feel as though I could ask as many questions about my health and not feel judged.
