Medical records messed up on my child's birth certificate on address and spelling. Different stories were told to me by the same person. She told me a hyphen was also written by my wife but I filled out the form myself and I never write a hyphen in my name.

I got in quickly but no one else was there. They didn't run ANY tests or give me an IV (which I usually get cause I'm usually in with a lot of vomiting and I'm pretty dehydrated but like I said, no tests). The nurses were nice, but the doctor (older gentleman) was incredibly loud and way too chatty. He acted like he was just relieved to have someone to talk to and kept leaning back with his arms crossed talking way too loudly about this and that while I was panting and writhing in pain.
