My father taught me that apologies should be as loud as complaints. I owe Amy Brauner a huge apology. I jumped to a conclusion and did not listen. I then registered an online complaint. When the results she told me to be patient with came back, it was too late since I had already jumped to the wrong conclusion that was totally incorrect. I should have trusted her since she has never steered me wrong in the past. My sincerest apologies.
