They never answer the phones when I call. Even if I’m on the line waiting for 30-45min still nothing. Once I called and stayed on the phone while I was heading to their office physically, I saw no one was even on the phone attending any patients, and the place was empty. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been this way. Their online system is not ideal when scheduling for appointments. It always offers me hospitals outside of the city within the search results. Basically useless.
Re-doing my initial review that I had posted before. This place literally saved my life. From the Dr. Latson days to the Dr. Sharma days, now. These are just some of my favorite doctors that ever worked at this amazing clinic who can be pictured underneath this post/tribute. They are truly compassionate and efficient. This place has been my saving grace in more ways than one. I love everything about their front desk representative, Lisa. She is poised, patient, kind, resourceful, consistent, respectful, joyful, wonderful, and she will go the extra mile for you to get what you need.
