I was disgusted with the lack of empathy, care for another human life, And lack of professionalism this hospital displayed. They did not address my concerns, then turned around and referred me to a neurological clinic that didn't accept my insurance, after explicitly stating that they did. Hopefully their complaints department is better at what they do than Dr. James in the E.R.
Even though you wait for sometimes hours.... Its a hospital......get over it there are probably 10 times as many patients as there are doctors and yes you have to wait its expected relax people... I went in last night and they try and get to you as soon as possible also triage..... Its called prioritizing behind other people who are more sick than you. At least they draw blood and check your urine while you wait.... Love the staff and their ability to make you better.
Took my dad to ER to have stomach drained sat for 4hrs just to say they couldn't...bullsh.. Same place they did it twice before...
