Worst experience ever. Lack of communication and coordination within their own organization. The coordination happens in Michigan, not Fresno. Never could get a response from them. Due to Saint Agnes Hospice unresponsiveness, it took more than 24 hours to get discharged and get our loved one home (who had been taken off life support in the hospital). We ultimately used Hinds Hospice. He was only home for 5 minutes before passing. No complaints with the nurses and care at the hospital.
Thank you so much for helping with our Mother today, we were all very impressed with your caring and compassion.
