Not reliable! Very bad experience, embarrassed in front of business clients, and lost fishing time. Stuck at dock for over 1 hour waiting for boat captain and Sailo to resolve payment issues. Sailo refused to return 3 phone calls. Instead, we got seemingly autogenerated text messages until finally landing upon call center. Still did not resolve issue. I had to pay double (cash to Captain and credit card to Sailo) requiring involvement of credit card company to recover funds. Still not whole after 4 days.
Do not use Sailo. I am a Miami local and have rented multiple boats. It is better to book straight at a Marina or with a captain. Sailo overcharged for the boat and for the service fee. Very unpleased with the service.
It was really easy to find a suitable option and the overall process is very user friendly.
Sailo is an excellent choice for boat rentals, offering a diverse selection of vessels and secure, hassle-free payments. I highly recommend it!
Loved the boat experience! Steven was a great captain and Jhoa a lovely crew member. We hope to sail again soon!
