Trying to get though all day to cancel a Monday appointment with no luck. I have covid and don't think they should attend
Answerphone service only rather than anyone picking up at the other end. Terrible service when you want to speak to someone direct over the phone and all you get is a pre-recorded message. As for anyone calling back, miracles do happen, but with this company don't hold your breath.
