Worst company ever! Jacob is the very unprofessional and will rob you blind. Told us how clean and well maintained we kept the property. They did several walks thoroughs with no complaints only compliments. During the pre move out inspection they had a contractor quote for future renovations once we were out for the acoustic ceilings scrapped and house repainted. They are trying to charge us for these renovations because baseboards had scuffs hahaha...not going to happen we are taking them to small claims. Please keep your s... read more
My wife used this company to advertise our home. They were completely disorganized. We both found them to be unprofessional. I walked in on Jacob ending a call with a bit of rudeness exchange with either a tenant or landlord. Diann is an extremely rude women, my wife avoided her because she was exactly as this Jenna lady said below. When we called we always received the run around. I wouldn't recommend Sail Properties.
Read the fine print. They will try to keep every penny they can. If you do go with this company do a fine tooth entrance inspection and take pictures.
Be sure to do a VERY DETAILED and thorough walk though BEFORE you move in to a property managed by this company. Note every little thing you find and make sure they write it down on the move in inspection sheet. Our move in inspection was not nearly as detailed as our move out inspection, and they were completed by different individuals. The move out inspection 'found' several ways to accuse us of damaging the rental property we were in since 'none of the issues noted were noted at the pre move in inspection'. Response to Comment Below – I have been asked by Reverend Diann Davisson of Sail Properties (under threat of legal action) to clarify my previous comments and to accurately discuss my experience with Sail Properties. On that note, I would like to clarify that the problems I experienced with the complex (i.e. barking dogs, neighbors smoking odors entering my unit, upstairs noise, plumbing leaks) were not the fault of Sail Properties.
