Would not recommend sail mortgage made us think we where approved like rocket mortgage did and a week before closing told us we where denied
We worked with Tom Fey and had a wonderful experience from the start of our home purchasing journey from early 2021 through this week when we finally closed. Tom was very responsive, professional, and imparted a lot of helpful advice throughout the process. We have nothing but great things to say about him.

Prior to closing, we were made aware that there were some errors with what was being escrowed, and Kendall from Sail assured us that she would help us get these issues corrected after closing. At closing, we were informed Sail had already sold our mortgage. I called Kendall 3 times to try and get the help she promised in fixing the errors. During the first call, she said she would get back to me, and I never heard back. When I tried calling 6 and 8 days later, the secretary said she would have Kendall call me right back, wit... read more
