Not VIETNAMESE best.......... – Saigon-Tokyo. Sushi so good. I am NOT so sure about that. Vietnamese food is NOT GOOD either. Especially, PHO taste like "broth" water. We ate there once, it'll be last. Not recommended. Friends have went back twice, but still disappointed. Their Vietnamese food seem NOT meet the quality of cooking. The "REVIEW RATING" I hope they didn't write themselve up. I am not trying to be mean but this place's NOT a "5 STARS". It need a very good cooking chef to make a 5 stars......next time.
My secret pho restaurant – I absolutely love Saigon Tokyo. It's owned by a cute couple- a Japanese sushi chef and his Vietnamese wife, which make for a hybrid of two cuisines which is a good fit in both hot weather (their sushi is one of the best in pgh) and cold (hot pho soup). This is definately one of my favorite restaurants !
BEST SUSHI!!! – This restaurant is great! VERY clean and the workers arethe best! The sushi is truely the BEST in Pittsburgh, and they recently expanded the menu in adding chicken! The prices are reasonable and the bubble teas are awesome! DEFINETLY check out this place.
OUTSTANDING Japanese sushi AND Vietnamese cuisine! Best Asian cuisine anywhere! – When I am not in Pittsburgh, I always crave Saigon-Tokyo's pho, sushi, eggrolls, rice and noodle dishes, and Bubble Tea. I know good Vietnamese food when I see it, and this is the best of the best. The pho is made from an amazing, aromatic broth (the beef is my favorite, but the chicken is great, too), and the rice and noodle dishes come with perfectly grilled meat (I am partial to the pork with rice). Cozy little place with great Asian food – Saigon-Tokyo is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. The sushi is made from the freshest fish, and the Vietnamese dishes are authentic and delicious (you must try the eggrolls). The prices are low, and the quality is high. The restaurant owners are really friendly people, and they make you feel welcome every time you visit. Oh, and be sure to grab a Bubble Tea to go!

Very clean restaurant & great customer service. – Saigon Tokyo has the best pho, rice & vermicelli dishes, and the best sushi & hibachi fried rice in all of Pittsburgh.
