Please do not support Saigon Kitchen downtown Hartford! The owners have no respect for Black people. I went in ordered my food . They only except cash . The lady said you pay now I said I have to goto the ATM. She then said we put order in when you return? I have been a customer of theirs for over 25 years and I have never shorted them or ran out on a bill , but continued to treat me as I have wronged them.
