Best pho I have tasted in NJ
Food was 60 or so, handed waiter 100, he says " you want change back"? Gets pissed when he didn't get an almost 40 dollar tip. I'm an overly abundant tipper, but experience has to match. Left 15% tip but probably should have left only 2 cents in all honesty.
tried Mutton wrap but not the real chunks of mutton marinated mutton with some sort of spices should be real chunks of mutton like chicken
Good place with a relaxed atmosphere.
