I wouldn't use this office if my life depended it. This office is inept. I have never had a return phone call. I called three times and didn't receive a return call from Vanessa, in the office. I spoke to the doctor and he allowed my changes to a different pressure and a new mask - He, however, didn't contact me or his staff to report this. I called three times, again, and no return phone call. Take my advice, call another sleep doctor - this place needs new management and education on patient care.
Edit: Your claim of “abuse” is a lie. And an easy way for you to avoid explanations. Interesting you haven’t commented about all your instances fraud allegations lol. This place is a fraud. BE AWARW PEOPLE Unprofessional facility. They lie and say they don’t get referrals to stall times. Then say they need 24-48 to process an email. ( hilarious). My experience with Century Sleep Inc (Dr. Said Mostafavi) was disappointing on both medically and financially. I was charged a $100 copay upfront for a sleep study, then later billed an additional $40. After verifying my benefits with insurance, I learned I should have only owed $40 total, which meant I was overcharged by $100. BEWARE!!!! They take poor true reviews!!!1 Sadly I would not recommend him. When a prescription is prescribed good luck with it being sent to the pharmacy correctly or at all. You will have to make multiple calls to the office and to the pharmacy sending you in a circle. The only positive asset to the office is Corina, she is very positive, compassionate and professional the other staff that answers the phone is defensive, unsympathetic and needs coaching on her lack of customer service.
