My freight was scheduled for a tuesday, arrived wednesday late after their time window. I did not have anyone to help me unload and unpack. One of the shipments arrived damaged and the pallet it was on was broken. I signed for the items because the driver would have had to wait for an hour for me to unpack the four items and they looked intact.
