I had a 1:20 pm appointment and checked in at 1:00, but by 2:10 I still wasn’t called. I had to leave for another commitment, and when I asked to reschedule, the staff told me I’d still be expected to wait at least an hour next time too. What’s the point of making an appointment if patients are always waiting this long? My time is valuable, just like everyone else’s. This is very poorly managed and wastes people’s time. I strongly urge the office to improve its scheduling process to avoid wasting patients’ time.
Dr. Maini is an excellence doctor that truly cares about his patients.
Dr Mani has been a miracle doctor for me! For 10 years, I have battled high uncontrolled blood pressure, with no answers. I was recommended to go to Dr Mani, in February 2022, and within two visits he figured out the underlying issue and had a plan in place! He is truly a very kind, smart, patient, and thorough doctor. I am very happy with Dr Maini. My Nephrologist retired after 12 years and luckily I found Dr Maini. I have high protein in my urine and all my previous Nephrologist did was take blood to check if the protein increased or decreased. Dr Maini ordered an utrasound and there was a large mass on my left kidney. He immediately had me take an MRI which indicated there was a renal cell carcinoma, which is cancer. I'm posting on behalf of my brother Jamie. Dr.Maini is a very good doctor he listens and cares about the patient with all their concerns. He dosen't rush you when asking questions he makes sure he goes over your files from the hospital as well as office files. I would recommend him highly.
