Not very well managed. It would be safer if they were more efficient. It takes 6 plus weeks to get care or return calls. I don't believe that the five star ratings are even real.

A thing about gratitude is that it multiplies manifolds, in turn fostering people to perform even better. Had a great experience with Sai home and community care, mums case manager Dawn was simply fantastic, always on hand for questions and support, with the care my mum needed, very happy with their friendly nature, and were very approachable it was a shame that mum really didn't have enough time, to really get to know her carer properly, overall extremely happy thanks.
