I've been a loyal customer for almost 6 years and was always satisfied with the service, particularly with an older lady who did an excellent job. However, my recent experience with a new technician was disappointing. On Sunday, I had my eyebrows done by a new girl, and unfortunately, she burned my face and gave me multiple cuts (as shown in the picture). I'm extremely dissatisfied and won't be returning. To others who are regulars like me, be cautious of the new technicians.
Never had a wax that painful, there was a spot she had to do 3 times….she clearly don’t have the technic. 5 hours later and it’s still painful.
Very very very bad . Don’t go there bad service . And she does not know how to do eyebrows. Very judgy . Dont go there .. warning
She did an amazing job threading and tinting my brows!
