We called them to have a furnace tune up and air duct cleaning. The tune up technician came out first, he was here for maybe 10 minutes. Did absolutely nothing other than look at the furnace. No vacuuming, cleaning, or lubing anything. The duct cleaning team came out three days later and did an awesome job, they were thorough and polite. They asked if the technician had come out for the tune up because the unit had to be cleaned even took pictures and sent it to their manager. I had my Air Duct n Dryer vent cleaned. The technicians were timely, did a Great job explaining how the cleaning process would work, and finished the job efficiently. Sai Air Duct Using very strong Truck Mounting machine. I would use SAI AIR DUCT again in the future.
