RecommendedI’ve been using Octopus car wash in Green Valley ever since we started spending the winters here five years ago. The staff are always friendly, and they do a great job cleaning my car. This year I opted for the unlimited basic package for only 24.95 a month. It’s an incredible deal. At home in Ohio I pay $19.95 a month to drive through the wash. Thank you Green Valley Octopus Car Wash for the free Veteran's car wash today. You guys are awesome! Long line, but really quick service, and a job done well.
Here is what the greeter has told me in the past: “You have water spots. Washing won’t take those off. You need a wax and buff”; “With the Deluxe wash we don’t clean wheels”. She was right. They cleaned nothing below the doors. She once refused to accept a rain check issued because they couldn’t get to my car for detailing. After the manager accepted it, she told the detailers to “take at least an hour with this one” not knowing I was seated nearby. Never again.
This is the second time I used this location. First time they did a great job and even removed the junk I had in my trail blazer. Today has been trying. I have 2 car seats, 2 bags of goodwill for donation, and maybe 2 small bags with stuff from the interior of the car all put into the back hatch of the van I brought in today. I come here all the time, but my visit today was different. I realized while my truck was being washed that I forgot my wallet at home. There was no issue and I was given a free wash although I said I will come back and pay. Great washes, great service and everything is always perfect. Thanks team I will continue to come back and spread the word!!! Happy new year!
Worst customer service and service. Upgraded to a more expensive wash. Tires were not cleaned, dash board was just quickly wiped and left dirty. When I complained I was told "yeah they could have done a better job". No compensation for a terrible job. Will not go back EVER!
Absolutely the worse car wash facility I have ever experienced. I paid for the Extreme was ($17.95). Truck came out still dirty and was told by management it was because I needed a wax, (truck was fully waxed 1-2 months ago) that dirt sticks when the vehicle needs to be waxed. They ran it through the tunnel a second time. I then watched the workers. My windows were not cleaned. They let the front end dry by the sun so now I have water spots and still dirt. Just paid for the super deluxe wash, and my car was dirty inside, did not vacuum completely, there was dust in the dash board and my back window was still muddy, I went back and they offer to get a rag to complete the cleaning. I won't go back again!
I love this place! They do a great job and the prices are very low. The owners, Ed and Jody, are really nice people and will take time to talk with you. The facility is always clean and the workers always greet you with a smile. FWIW, I've been going to this business weekly for years.
