I don’t eat pizza but for those who do we just had the worst customer service interaction from Sahara Pizza in Lake Stevens and I’ve been eating there for 10+ years and have never had such a horrible experience. The workers were rude, the manager (Sarah) was the least helpful manager I’ve ever met, and they will NEVER be getting our business again. The problem was the way they dealt with our situation, they DID NOT make the customer happy nor the situation right.

Worse experience I’ve ever had. They messed up my order then when I called to get the right pizza the said the only way to fix it was to buy another pizza. The second shift lead insulted my intelligence. I will never order from this pizza chain again and I suggest anyone thinking to order here do the same. They’ve messed up orders twice and blamed it on me. Horrible customer service and horrible business ethics. NEVER WILL ORDER HERE AGIAN!!!
Highly offended!!! Having ordered pizza from these guys for 5 years, and never had a problem with meeting me at the gate in my gated community. They suddenly decide it's unsafe??? Really??? My track record should show you that I am a good paying customer and SAFE! You will drive into the community to a number of houses but not meet me at the gate like you have done MANY times before?
It is the most Awesome Pizza!! And never disappointed.
We have been loyal customers for years. Now suddenly they wont deliver to us and cant seem to give us a reason why. Taking our business elsewhere now.
