I moved out over 4 yrs ago and the manager did a walk through and said everything was GOOD and were supposed to refund me my deposit which they never did and now I have a $1,700 on my credit report! I gave them 2 months notice after living there for over 7yrs because that's where my son was growing up and didn't want to switch schools so early on, but maintenance was horrible! Worst place ever left in good terms and after 4 yrs I realize I have an $1,800 bill on my credit! I spent a long time making sure that place was nice and clean and they said that damn manager came seen everything said it was good but my $800 deposit was not going to be refunded back because they had changed our carpet a few months back which is actually something they had originally done for us for renewing our lease for the 7th year!
Poor poor poor service. Office staff are not friendly never return calls. No maintenance service they put $2500 on my credit. Was asking for service for 3 weeks. Drig was not working water leaking for 2 months.
@Zak Farrell....i have a $3500 bill on my record as well when I broke the lease due to a bad relationship and the poor maintenance they have. I remember the old manager and she's the reason why because she did nothing. The gym was horrible, the inside pool was nasty, washer nd dryers were too far away from my apartment. I stayed there late 2012. Never again!!!
