Disappointed beyond belief. Straight up disrespected and in pain as to their negligence, rudeness, lack of assisting in finding a solution, and lies! Called this morning to say a nurse would finally come. 3pm comes and we call to follow up. The nurse pretends to not know who we are or what is going on. I do not even recommend a star, not reliable, they tell you they will be here and not show up. Nurse was suppose to come at least twice a week, in the over a month we have had them we saw the nurse twice and that was at least 2 weeks apart. We were suppose to have PT 3 times a week, was cut down to 2 times a week, They show up when ever. Was told he would be here Tues, it is now almost 6 o'clock no show no call. I am done. Ask for a med caddy, was promised one, Never got it. I am done. Robert H. Mithchell
