The dentist and front staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.
They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current.
