I went in for an issue with the battery and a starter on a ram ProMaster. After it was fixed, when I showed up to pay and pick up my van, I noticed they charged me $632 for the battery. I showed them that online, for that same exact van, the battery replacement was $432. They said they would get me a check in a couple days for the difference. ***SERVICE DEPT: Not Honest. No Integrity*** I PAID $3k for maintenance service that was not needed. A simple clamp to the radiator to a hose was only needed. A simple fix.
