I've lived in Las Vegas since 1988 and I have used many heatinng and cooling companies. Sahara Air has been the best so far. They were prompt and very professional. Alex, the technician who serviced my heat pump gave the best service I have ever had. He made su e everything was working perfectly after the repairs were made. I recommend them to everyone!

I had Sahara air come look at a rooftop air conditioner that wasn't working. The tech arrived and was nice, but he also needed assistance with his ladder, couldn't figure out how to get on the roof, and seemed a bit new to the job (I.e., he seemed a bit green.). Long story short: The tech place a heart start on the unit, which cost ~$400 (including the visitation fee). The tech then tried to upsell me on some pricey contract that would lock me into using Sahara each year but would get them out to the house quicker next time ... read more

My A/C was not working (!) and I called Sahara Air to see if they could help me out. The nice receptionist said they could send someone out that same day. WOW! A few hours later, Chris came out, assessed the situation, said we needed the board replaced. (He was really good about explaining everything so that I didn't feel like a dummy!) He went and got the part, replaced the bad one and now we are enjoying nice cool air! THANKS SAHARA AIR! I appreciate the quick efficient work you did for us!

Seem slike the poor air quality in Las Vegas has been more and more of an issue in the last 15 years. It finally got so bad that I was getting the kind of allergies that I used to have before I moved to Southern Nevada. Air pollution in Las Vegas is no joke! I said something at the gym about it and a guy form Sahara Air there siad I probably needed to get my home air conditioning system checked out. Really Helped my Allergies – Las Vegas doesn't have the kind of allergens my hometown does, but air quality in Las Vegas means my allergies got worse every year from the late 90s on. The guys at Sahara Air overhauled my home cooling system and made my home a 100% comfortable place to live in. Being in better health in my home means that it's a lot easier on me when I come out of the house, too. Great for Allergies Air quality in Las Vegas seems like it's gotten worse every year since the late 90s. I moved here in hte 80s and my allergies were so much better. But until last year, they were just getting worse and worse. Sahara Air overhauled my home AC system and life is so much easier fo rme now. THe only time I have allergy problems is occasionally when I have to run a lot of errands around town, and that is now fixable with over-the-counter medication.
