My cat Dash wasn’t able to pee. This place got him in right away without charging a crazy emergency fee. He ended up needing to get unblocked as he had crystals in his bladder. Then after X-rays they found stones in his bladder and needed emergency surgery. They were transparent and patient with us. We just moved to Kamloops and were also struggling financially, they really went above and beyond to accommodate us, taking a large lump sump off to help us afford the care. Extremely kind and reasonable Dr. and staff. Squeezed me in on the same day for an emergency. Would absolutely recommend.
We stopped by here on way into town from camping as my puppy got a very upset stomach the past day. I spoke with Kendall (I didn’t catch the spelling) who helped me get some gastro food and probiotics and was lovely despite my coming in disheveled and flustered and rambling. Both front desk staff were actually very kind and friendly and I can’t thank them enough for helping me out in a tight spot 3 hours from home! (And Journey says thanks too so she can get back to her adventure dog life!)
My dog had to be put down and these people there went above and beyond during the process. Thank you!!
