I first met Dr. Singh after an emergency involving a cat that unexpectedly showed up on my doorstep. The cat had developed a urinary blockage and required an expensive emergency procedure to unblock him. Unfortunately, less than 24 hours later, he was completely blocked again. At that point, I was given three options: pay to have him unblocked again, proceed with a very expensive surgery, or euthanasia. Vet and staff are so nice and professional. They offered us their first available time slot and handled my dog's issue very quickly.
Had to have my 12 year old cat euthanized, was promised they would send me her paw prints, two months later I still haven’t received them, they claimed they were mailed out, how long does it take to get mail from across Kamloops, checked with post office, never show up there, not asking for much, bad enough losing my cat-not blaming them for that, just want my kitty paw prints, obviously they need help with their filing system…Regina
My dog required emergency vet care, this is the first time going to Sahali Animal Hospital, the staff were very friendly and the vet was pleasant, decisive and very knowledgeable, my dog is feeling much better. Thank you!
This wasn't my usual vet but mine closed down so I picked this one. Apart from a scheduling hiccup they still got me in to have my cat Jazzy checked over. I found the staff very friendly and caring and the vet was very personable, soft spoken and very gently with jazz, He explained some issues that could be addressed in the future. He wasn't pushy or pressured me into doing anything right away which I appreciated. I thank you and your staff for your time, patience and care.
