Dr. Frankie was so kind and answered all of my questions. I left feeling a million times better and had the best experience with the entire staff. I felt welcome and everyone was so kind!

I have struggled with continuous sacroiliac joint pain in both hips, making it very difficult to sleep. I was referred to Dr. Derian, who was extremely knowledgeable and confident he could help. He performed fluoroscope-guided injections that have completely relieved my pain. I’m truly grateful for the care I received. I give Dr. Derian and his team my highest recommendation.
Wow all I can say is this PLACE is absolutely wonderful love it the office staff were nice and friendly . Layla was a wonderful assistant she’s the best. Dr. Frankie was awesome So was the amazing staff that works with him they kept me calm and we’re very attentive when I was having anxiety. I highly recommend Saguaro Pain Clinic. Very happy with everyone. 🥰👍🏻
