I highly recommend Dr. Dabbah at Saguaro Pain Clinic. I saw him for severe back pain, and he was thorough and efficient from day one. He quickly ordered MRIs to see exactly what was going on and got me set up with physical therapy right away. What I appreciated most was his communication. I was referred to them by another clinic. I had knee replacement surgery on Dec 11th and I still deal with swelling, tightness and DAILY pain. I've been to PT, chiropractor, I did dry needling and trigger injections (they do help, but only for a few hrs), I also use ice packs, ice machine and heat on top of Tylenol, Tramadol, Journavx, Celecoxib and Pregabalin. Doctor Frankie has been extremely helpful, I was having severe pain on a side of my back that was not being treated but I somehow left feeling 100% still with a epidural injection. I strongly recommend saguaro pain clinic.
