Had point of care with Saguaro for about a month. Prior to point of care, we had agreed that I would pay out of pocket with my special needs trust with weekly invoices sent to me l so I could mail them to the trust. The first and only invoice I received was two weeks after my first week of services rendered. I was a patient with them a couple of years ago. They had the head lady named Jane who goes around getting new patients for them. I was very happy my CNA back then was Eric. I am mad and speaking to my Lawyer for that owner is spreading around I was a bad patient. Well that's a lie I never complained when I didn't get PT or OT, I never called when a nures didn't show up.
